1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CorelDrawDesign website and digital asset platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform (such as downloading premium assets or saving favorites), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

CorelDrawDesign offers yearly subscription plans granting access to premium content. By subscribing, you agree to pay the annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a yearly period as indicated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, including but not limited to vectors, images, PSDs, and templates provided on this website are the intellectual property of CorelDrawDesign or its contributors.

Your right to use these assets is subject to the specific License Agreement associated with the asset (Free or Premium License). You may not claim ownership of any asset, even if modified.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, spiders, or bots to scrape or download assets in bulk.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the downloaded assets as standalone files.
• Using assets in a way that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CorelDrawDesign, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
